Through the Point of Care Program, medical facilities, community clinics, EMS, fire departments, and corporations are given the opportunity to purchase supplies including test strips, lancing devices, lancets, syringes, and more at a discounted rate. These supplies can be utilized for in-house testing of patients or community assistance programs. We ask that a sales agreement be completed prior to ordering any supplies. With the Point of Care Program there are no minimum or maximum quantities of supplies that must be ordered. For your convenience orders can be placed via phone, fax, email, or through the order form at the bottom of this page. Once placed, your order is shipped via UPS, usually within 1 day.
